Chase Company, Inc. was founded in 1952 as an applicator of
Teflon® coatings. We are Northern California's Original DuPont
Teflon® Industrial Coating Applicator. Over the years we have
expanded to include other Flouropolymer coatings and are currently
recognized as a "Quality Approved Coater" by Whitford
Worldwide for their line of Xylan® and Xylar® coatings. In
addition, we are an active member of "The Society of Plastics
Industry" Flouropolymers Division.
Flouropolymer coatings are "High
Performance" materials unlike other polymers. They exhibit
unusually high Chemical, Heat, and Weather Resistance; Non-Wetting;
Non-Stick; Cryogenic Stability; Exceptional Dielectric Properties, and a
Low Coefficient of Friction.
The R J Chase Company, Inc. is known for
quality workmanship in low to medium part volume. Prototype and unusual applications are welcome. With more than 50 years experience
we know which coating works best in your application. We also know
which coatings do not work in your application.
A Chase applied coating can be custom
engineered to meet your requirements. In close association with
the highest quality machine shops and fabricators in the Silicon Valley
area, we have the ability to manufacture and coat (using your drawings)
and present you with completed parts.
